I’m an avid procrastinator who may occasionally arrive at the very last minute. I promise I will be there! (I’ve read somewhere that means I’m also an eternal optimist, so I’ll go with that too). I love deeply, although sometimes it’s more behind the scenes in earnest prayers and continual thoughts, than people can see out in the open. I adore stories, but the real life kind. Memoir is my favorite genre and I feel connection to the author behind every story I read (or listen to), no matter how different we may be. We all have one, a story, and I find great pleasure in hearing and decoding the human experience interwoven into each one.
A mom to three and a wife to one amazing guy, I love Jesus and he is my King. If my life does not echo that in any way, know that I’m a flawed sinner seeking to be more like him. I do fail. Look to Him for the model of a perfect life. He gave his life for you and me. It is a gift however. Because of that, it must be accepted.
My life prayer is that all will accept and open the precious gift that he has offered.
